We do not do retail drop-ship. We can drop ship your order (minimum order amount for drop ship is $3000) to your customer, (wholesale only)

 Any problem with shipping;

Incase of lost or damage in shipping these are the steps;

1-    Contact FedEx immediately .the phone number is 1800-go FedEx and don’t discard the box that you received.

2-    Contact our costumer care weather FedEx take care of it or not and report the problem to us, our friendly professional representative are available during business hour to protect our costumer interest with our customer cooperation.*

3-   If you using  multiple forwarder for your shipment This is extremely important for you to find where you lost your merchandise for that reason you have to have exact weight when you receive merchandise in each forwarder, some time even its better that your forwarder open the boxes and check them before acceptance.

WARRANTY POLICY

 

·          All games and brand new systems only cover Manufacturer’s warranty. We do not issue any warranty for merchandise,

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

·          Shipping and other fees that maybe incurred on returned merchandise will be at buyers/shippers expense. A 30% re-stocking fee will also be charged. 

·          Merchandise will be credited as today list price, (not invoice price,)

·          All returned merchandise will be rechecked, if found out that they are in good and working condition, company has the right to ship it back. Likewise, shipping cost will be charged.

  • No exchange or return on games and brand new systems and or any merchandise that covers by Manufacturer’s guarantee. 
  • Return wire: if you send extra money by wire and you want to get extra part back we charge $60 processing fee plus any extra charges it cost us.(return may take from few hours to few days.)
  • Any claim for damage merchandise should be filed with carrier at time of delivery.

PAYMENT POLICY

 

·           Merchandise remains property of MatComDistribution until payment is rendered in full.

·           A 2% monthly service fee will be added to your account for late payment.

·           A $40 charge will be posted to your account for returned check or ACH.

·           For all new costumers maximum amount of the check we accept is $3000. For larger invoice we accept bank wire only.

·           we do not give credit at start but after you work with us for a wile and we see we can trust you we will give you credit.(some restriction may applies)

·           For system we accept wire transfer only.

·           For collection If you pay by pay pal address verification is required, we do not accept unconfirmed address ,customer is responsible for any PayPal fees,

·           For all outside USA customer wire transfer only. Customer is responsible for all the shipping, taxes, duties or import and export charges.

·           All ACH payment: one time ACH is until the full amount of the invoice get charged and received.

·            Pay pal service fees (processing fee); 2.90% will be added to your total of original invoice price.

Lack of cooperation;(On any shipping damages)*

Matcom distribution hold right to inspect all the damage goods physically with in 14 business days after customer claim a damage .we will place claim immediately after customer request .  After placing any claims in case of lack of cooperation from customer to provide the damage merchandise we will have a right to consider that action as “abandonment of claim” and we charge the customer for time that they take from us for processing and filling the claim. Our processing average cost is $149 per hour. It will be bill to customer and will get deducted from their account.
