How to become a distributor of MatComDistribution

For U.S. Customers:

Step 1: You must create an account with us. To create an account Click here then refers back to this page. Address must be the same as your sellers permit. (No purchase required)

Step 2: You must fill out and fax or email to us Resale Certificate form at; 213.341.1248 (fax) along with copy of sellers permit. (No purchase required)

Step 3: You are ready to browse through our inventory online or check out our price list. After your account been set up (takes approximately one business days to verify your information.)We will be able to process your order. Minimum order is $500.

If you can’t open excel file or invoice, you can download Microsoft excel reader 2003 or excel reader 2007  or adobe reader direct from Microsoft.com or adobe.com.

Step 4: Form of payment;

1) Money order (must be mailed in by registered or express mail prior of shipping) or cashier check (must be mailed in by registered or express mail prior of shipping) 2) bank wire. 3) business check (you have to just fax or email the copy of the sign check made to matcom distribution for amount of invoice and invoice number on the memo of that check prior of shipping ) 4) cash.  5) C.O.D  (you have to just fax or email the copy of the sign check made to matcom distribution for amount of invoice and invoice number on the memo of that check prior of shipping ) ,C.O.D fee is $10

For International Customers:

Step 2: E-Mail us your purchase order or use online (our shopping cart makes purchase order only).

Step 3: Call us or email us for shipping cost. Form of payment is bank wire only $35 flat rate for wire fee (wire fee will be charge only if intermediate bank deduct fees and we receive the wire less than invoice amount). Sorry we do not accept any other form of payment. We do not accept any form of credit cards. Minimum order $500 .customers is responsible for any import fees (example; tax and duties). For orders more than $1000 your shipping will be free to your forwarder in USA but shipping cost international will be more or less $3.50 per lb (approximately $1.50 per games and $8 per systems), for some weight example please click here (shipping prices per lb varies depend on location).Click here for international shipping rates (not include fuel cost, add another %3) These measurements will give you some idea about shipping cost do not worry it is not as expensive as you think! (We get good discount on the regular rate and we will give them to you, we do not make money on shipping).

Step 4: Confirm your order and shipping cost than wire the money. Please email us for wire information. As soon as we receive the wire (approximately takes same day or maximum 1 to 2 business day.), we will ship the merchandise immediately. We ship world wide (some restriction applies).

A: We will ask you to pre-book the merchandise at list7 days before release date (submit your purchase order by fax or email or shopping cart and always call or email to confirm your order).on day of release we do not have any extra for costumers who did not pre-book.
